FarsiChart is a free service that provides music-chart information. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may use FarsiChart for personal, non-commercial reference. Please do not disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or republish our data as your own. Automated access should respect server resources.
About the chart data
Rankings are compiled automatically from public streaming and play data (Spotify and RadioJavan) and updated daily. We aim for accuracy, but the data is provided “as is” without warranty; rankings change and may contain errors.
Intellectual property & no affiliation
Artist names, images, and music belong to their respective owners. FarsiChart is not affiliated with Spotify, RadioJavan, or any artist or label. The FarsiChart name, design, and original content are ours.
No endorsement, no paid placement
Rankings are algorithmic and based on public numbers; they are not endorsements, and no artist pays for a position on any chart.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided free and “as is.” FarsiChart is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
