Black Cats is a Persian pop group originally formed in Tehran in the 1960s and later based in Los Angeles. The group has been closely associated with Shahbal Shabpareh, and its membership has changed repeatedly across different eras. Former and associated members include figures such as Ebi, Farhad Mehrad, Shahram Shabpareh, Kamran & Hooman and Sami Beigi. The group’s recorded catalog includes albums such as Pool, Fever, Cinderella, The PopFather, Dimbology and Rise of the Cats.

بلک کتس گروه پاپ فارسی است که در دهه ۱۹۶۰ در تهران شکل گرفت و بعدتر در لس‌آنجلس ادامه فعالیت داد. این گروه به‌طور نزدیک با شهبال شب‌پره پیوند دارد و ترکیب اعضای آن در دوره‌های مختلف تغییر کرده است. از اعضا یا چهره‌های مرتبط با دوره‌های مختلف گروه می‌توان به ابی، فرهاد مهراد، شهرام شب‌پره، کامران و هومن و سامی بیگی اشاره کرد. در کارنامه ضبط‌شده گروه آلبوم‌هایی مانند Pool، Fever، Cinderella، The PopFather، Dimbology و Rise of the Cats دیده می‌شود.
