Pallett — Biography
Pallett is an Iranian music group formed in Tehran and associated with fusion, folk, rock, jazz-influenced and contemporary Persian music. The group became active in the late 2000s and released music that combines Persian lyrics with clarinet, cello, double bass, guitar, percussion and other ensemble textures. Its catalog includes albums such as Mr. Violet, Tehran, Smile and Endless Ending, and songs including “Fish and Cat,” “Half Past Eight” and “The World Is a Small Place.”
پالت گروه موسیقی ایرانی شکلگرفته در تهران است که آثارش در محدوده فیوژن، فولک، راک، موسیقی متأثر از جَز و موسیقی معاصر فارسی قرار میگیرد. این گروه از اواخر دهه ۲۰۰۰ فعال شد و موسیقی آن شعر فارسی را با سازهایی مانند کلارینت، ویولنسل، کنترباس، گیتار و سازهای کوبهای ترکیب میکند. در کارنامه پالت آلبومهایی مانند Mr. Violet، Tehran، Smile و Endless Ending و قطعههایی مانند «Fish and Cat»، «Half Past Eight» و «The World Is a Small Place» دیده میشود.
