Shahin Najafi is an Iranian musician, singer-songwriter, poet and author born in Bandar-e Anzali in 1980. He began as an underground musician in Iran and has been active since around 2000. His work spans hip hop, rock, blues, spoken-word and politically themed songwriting. After leaving Iran, he continued his work in Germany. His solo catalog includes albums and projects such as Ma Mard Nistim, Illusion, Tramadol, Sade and Radikal, and his public profile is closely linked to songs addressing censorship, religion, state violence and social issues.
شاهین نجفی موسیقیدان، خواننده-ترانهسرا، شاعر و نویسنده ایرانی متولد بندر انزلی در سال ۱۹۸۰ است. او فعالیت خود را در فضای موسیقی زیرزمینی ایران آغاز کرد و از حدود سال ۲۰۰۰ فعال بوده است. آثار او هیپهاپ، راک، بلوز، گفتارآهنگ و ترانههای سیاسی و اجتماعی را در بر میگیرد. پس از خروج از ایران، فعالیتش را در آلمان ادامه داد. در کارنامه او آثاری مانند Ma Mard Nistim، Illusion، Tramadol، Sade و Radikal دیده میشود و موضوعاتی مانند سانسور، دین، خشونت حکومتی و مسائل اجتماعی در آثارش حضور دارند.
