Canis — Biography

Canis is an Iranian singer and music producer working primarily in alternative R&B and Persian hip-hop. Born in Iran and later based in the United Kingdom, he was active in the Persian music scene by 2017, when he appeared on and co-produced Mehrad Hidden's album Toonel Vol. 1. He later produced Toonel Vol. 2 and released his own R&B/Soul album Ravani in 2021. His recorded collaborations include Mehrad Hidden, Ho3ein, Shayea, Sijal, Behzad Leito, Mahyar and Zakhmi.

کنیس خواننده و تهیه‌کننده موسیقی ایرانی است که فعالیتش عمدتاً در آراندبی آلترناتیو و هیپ‌هاپ فارسی قرار می‌گیرد. او در ایران متولد شده و بعدها در بریتانیا ساکن شده است. حضور او در آثار منتشرشده موسیقی فارسی دست‌کم به سال ۲۰۱۷ و آلبوم «تونل جلد ۱» مهراد هیدن بازمی‌گردد که در تولید آن نیز مشارکت داشت. کنیس تهیه‌کنندگی «تونل جلد ۲» را نیز بر عهده داشت و در سال ۲۰۲۱ آلبوم «روانی» را منتشر کرد. او با هنرمندانی از جمله مهراد هیدن، حصین، شایع، سیجل، بهزاد لیتو و مهیار همکاری کرده است.
