Dariush — Biography
Dariush is the stage name of Dariush Eghbali, an Iranian singer born in Tehran. He began his public music career in the early 1970s and is associated mainly with Persian pop and rock. His repertoire includes romantic ballads and socially themed songs, and his public profile also includes advocacy work connected to addiction recovery through the Ayeneh Foundation. His catalog includes works such as “Be Man Nagoo Dooset Daram,” “Shaghayegh,” “Dastaye To” and “Gole Bita.”
داریوش، نام هنری داریوش اقبالی، خواننده ایرانی متولد تهران است. او فعالیت عمومی موسیقی خود را از اوایل دهه ۱۹۷۰ آغاز کرد و آثارش عمدتاً در حوزه پاپ و راک فارسی قرار میگیرد. کارنامه او شامل ترانههای عاشقانه و قطعههایی با مضمون اجتماعی است و در معرفی عمومی او فعالیتهای مرتبط با بازتوانی اعتیاد از طریق بنیاد آینه نیز دیده میشود. از آثار شناختهشده او میتوان به «به من نگو دوستت دارم»، «شقایق»، «دستای تو» و «گل بیتا» اشاره کرد.
