The most-played traditional Iranian singers on RadioJavan
As of October 25, 2026 they are Ebi, Moein and Hayedeh, across 63 tracked traditional singers with RadioJavan figures.
How the RadioJavan ranking is built
Every position here comes from public RadioJavan play counts, refreshed daily. Nothing is editorial and nothing is weighted by hand: an artist rises because people played them. Where a name is missing it is because FarsiChart has no RadioJavan figure for them, not because they were left out.
Why this differs from the Spotify chart
RadioJavan and Spotify measure different rooms. Spotify counts monthly listeners worldwide, where Persian music competes with everything else; RadioJavan counts plays inside a service built for Persian audiences. Artists who are enormous at home and modest on a global platform rank far higher here, which is the whole reason both charts exist.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the most-played traditional Iranian singer on RadioJavan?
As of October 25, 2026 it is Ebi, followed by Moein and Hayedeh.
Why rank classical music by play counts?
Because it answers a different question from a critical list: not who is most important, but who is still being listened to. Both are worth knowing, and the legendary singers guide covers the other one.
What counts as traditional Iranian music?
Music built on the dastgah system, the radif repertoire passed from master to student, and the tasnif form that sets classical melody to poetry, along with the regional folk styles of Iran.
How often does this update?
